CHAPTER 106.

AN ACT to change the name of Samuel Hamilton
Wright, of Prince George's County, to Samuel
Hamilton.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the name of Samuel Hamilton
Wright, of Prince George's county, in "the State of
Maryland, be and the same is hereby changed to
Samuel Hamilton, and it shall be lawful for the said
Samuel Hamilton Wright, at all times hereafter, to be
called and known by, hold and use the name of
Samuel Hamilton, and by that name to hold, receive,
purchase, sell, convey or devise property, sue or be
sued in any court of law or equity, and to do and per-
form all acts and things just as fully as if his name
was not changed by the provisions of this act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 107.

In force.

AN ACT authorising a patent to be issued to Pere-
grine Harp, for the tract of land called Minors
Beginning.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Commissioner of the Land Office,
be and is hereby authorised and required to issue a
patent for the tract of land called Minors Beginning,
to Peregrine Harp, and that the petition of the said
