AN ACT to authorise the State Treasurer upon the
warrant of the Comptroller to pay over to Hannah
A. Constable, widow and executrix of the late
Judge Constable, the salary of her said husband,
for the quarter ending October the first, eighteen
hundred and fifty-five.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the State Treasurer upon the
warrant of the Comptroller, pay over to Mrs. Han-
nah A. Constable, widow and executrix of the late
Judge Albert Constable, who departed this life on the
twenty third of August eighteen hundred and fifty-five,
the quarter's salary which would have been due the
said deceased on the first of October, eighteen
hundred and fifty-five.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
