SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 47 (j) of Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1954 Supplement), title "County Commissioners", sub-title "County
Treasurers", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
47.
(j) Garrett County treasurer and assistants.—The county treas-
urer of Garrett County shall receive an annual salary of $4,500.00, out
of which he shall pay for any assistants or clerks, but the county
commissioners of said County shall allow the said treasurer $200.00
annually for the expense of secretarial services in making out tax
bills [, and an additional $250.00 annually for the expense of an
attorney; provided that the attorney to the county commissioners
shall be the attorney to the county treasurer].
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

(House Bill 252)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 132 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1954 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and In-
land Water Fish", sub-heading "Upland and Migratory Game Birds
and Game Animals", relating to the Daily Bag Limit on certain
kinds of game, and correcting an error in said section.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 132 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1954 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Upland and Migratory
Game Birds and Game Animals", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, and all to read as follows:
132. (Bag Limits Per Day). The bag limits per day for game
birds and game animals shall be set by regulation of the Game and
Inland Fish Commission under authority conferred upon it by
[§ 5 of Article 99] Section 115 of Article 66C and said daily bag
limits shall not exceed the numbers hereinafter enumerated. The
Game and Inland Fish Commission shall adopt and publish bag
limits for game birds and game animals annually on or before April
25 of each year.
