COUNTY, EXCLUSIVE OF THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY THEREFOR.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 572 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel
County (1947 Edition), being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County,"
sub-title "Trailers," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
572. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County shall
have authority to prohibit, license or to regulate the erection, main-
tenance and operation of trailer camps in Anne Arundel County,
EXCLUSIVE OF ANNAPOLIS, as in their discretion may be neces-
sary.
572A. ANYONE VIOLATING ANY OF THE RULES OR
REGULATIONS PROMULGATED BY THE COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS RELATIVE TO TRAILER CAMPS SHALL BE
DEEMED GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR, AND UPON CON-
VICTION THEREOF SHALL BE PUNISHABLE BY A FINE OF
NOT MORE THAN $100.00 OR IMPRISONMENT FOR NOT MORE
THAN THIRTY DAYS, OR BOTH, IN THE DISCRETION OF
THE COURT.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

AN ACT to repeal Section 486 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition, being Article 2 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Anne Arundel County",
sub-title "Sanitary Districts"; and to enact a new Section 486 in
lieu thereof, to stand in the place and stead of the section so
repealed, setting forth the boundaries of the Anne Arundel County
Sanitary District.

County (1947 Edition, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Sanitary

be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, and all to read as follows:
