(House Bill 753)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 9 (i),
11 (k), 14 (i) and 16 (g) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Beer Licenses" and "Beer and Light Wine Licenses", respec-
tively, relating to license fees for certain alcoholic beverages in
Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 9 (i), 11 (k), 14 (i) and 16 (g) of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages", sub-title "Beer Licenses" and "Beer and Light Wine Licenses",
respectively, be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

(i) (Prince George's County.) In Prince George's County the
annual license fee shall be One Hundred and Twenty Dollars
[($100.00)] $120.00.

(k) (Prince George's County.) In Prince George's County the
annual license fee shall be One Hundred and Twenty Dollars
[($100.00)] $120.00.

(i) (Prince George's County.) In Prince George's County the
annual license fee shall be One Hundred and [Twenty3 Fifty Dollars
[($120.00)3 $150.00.

16.

(g) (Prince George's County.) In Prince George's County the
annual license fee shall be One Hundred and [Twenty3 Fifty Dollars
[($120.00)3 $150.00.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
May 1, 1956.
