1885, and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber

P. 35 at folio 249, thence along the east and north lines of the
property of the Meigs Corporation as obtained in a deed from Marie
R. Lewis, dated November 6,1950, and recorded among the aforesaid
Land Records in Liber 1465 at folio 40, and reversely with and along
the seventeenth through the twelfth lines of the aforesaid deed from
Edmund K. Robertson to Nathan C. Robertson to the beginning of
said twelfth deed line, thence in a northwesterly direction, in a
straight line to the beginning of the tiventy-first line of a deed from
William Viers Bouic, et al, to William B. Mobley, dated April 28,
1904, and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber 190
at folio 187, thence with and along the twenty-first, twenty-second,
twenty-third and first lines of the aforesaid deed from William Viers
Bouic, et al, to William B. Mobley to the center of the Rockville-
Frederick Pike, known as U. S. Route 240, thence in a southwesterly
direction to a point west of, at right angles to and 500 feet distant
from the west line of the Rockville-Frederick Pike, thence in a north-
erly and northwesterly direction west of, 500 feet distant from and
parallel to the west line of the said Rockville-Frederick Pike to the
boundaries of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence
with the boundary of said Sanitary District around the Town of
Gaithersburg to its intersection with the northerly extension of the
dividing line between the properties of Herbert Bryant and Sons
and Margaret H. Harrell, referred to in Chapter 100 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1951, thence due east to a point west of, at
right angles to and 1,000 feet distant from the west line of the
Gaithersburg-Laytonsville Road, thence in a northerly direction west
of, parallel to and 1,000 feet distant from the west side of said road
to a point northeast of, at right angles to and 500 feet distant from
the east side of the road leading from Redland to Prathertown, thence
in a southeasterly direction northeast of, parallel to and 500 feet
distant from the east side of the road leading from Prathertown
through Redland to Norbeck to a point northwest of, at right angles
to and 500 feet distant from the west side of the road known as Boivie
Mill Road leading from the Redland-Norbeck Road to the Laytons-
ville-Olney Road, thence in a northeasterly direction, parallel to and
500 feet distant from the west and north side of said road to the center
of the Laytonsville-Olney Road, thence in a northeasterly direction
to a point east of, at right angles to and 500 feet distant from the
east side of said Laytonsville-Olney Road, thence in a southeasterly
direction northeast of, parallel to and 500 feet distant from the east
line of said Laytonsville-Olney Road to the west line of the property
of Nomita Von der Heide, et al, thence in a northerly direction with
the west lines of said property, being the third line of parcel No. 2,
and the seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth lines of parcel No. 1 de-
scribed in a deed from Alletta W. Muncaster, et vir, to Margaret D.
Beall, et al, dated February 15, 1935, and recorded among the afore-
said Land Records in Liber 584 at folio 390 to the end of the thirty-
third line of a deed from Charles R. Rowdybush to George P. Kimmel,
dated April 25,1935, and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records
