shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be subject to a fine of not more than fifty TWENTY-FIVE dol-
lars.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 496
(House Bill 522)
AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1953 Edition), and the Montgomery
County Code (1950 Edition), being Articles 17 and 16, respec-
tively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles "Prince
George's County" and "Montgomery County", sub-title "Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District", said new section to be known
as Section 1561D of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1953 Edition), and Section 130-18L of the
Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition), and to follow immedi-
ately after Sections 1561C and 130-18K, respectively, adding an
additional area to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
and authorizing the construction of water and sewerage systems in
the added area with authority to levy different benefit charges and
service rates in said area.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1953 Edition), and the
Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition), being Articles 17 and 16,
respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles
"Prince George's County" and "Montgomery County", sub-title
"Washington Suburban Sanitary District", said new section to be
known as Section 1561D of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1953 Edition) and Section 130-18L of the Mont-
gomery County Code (1950 Edition), and to follow immediately
after Sections 1561C and 130-18K, respectively, and to read as
follows:
1561D (130-18L). The area herein described is hereby added to
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918:
All that area in Montgomery County lying within the following
described boundaries:
