mediately after Sub-section (c) of said Section 187, and to read as
follows:
187 (d) Provided that in Worcester County, one-half of each fine
shall be disposed of as provided in Section 5 of Article 88 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, (1954 Supplement).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

(House Bill 493)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 150 (a)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1954 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and In-
land Water Fish", sub-heading "Waterfowl and Migratory Birds",
concerning the use of any decoy, sneak boat or bushwack rig in
certain waters of Worcester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 150 (a) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1954 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Waterfowl and Migra-
tory Birds", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
150. Methods of hunting; licenses to hunt from boats.
(a) Methods of hunting.—During the open season, wild water-
fowl may be taken only with a shotgun which is not larger than ten
gauge, which is loaded only with shot and which is fired from the
shoulder. Such wild waterfowl may be taken on land or on water
and the aid of a dog or dogs or of decoys may be employed. It shall
be unlawful to hunt, pursue, or kill any wild waterfowl of any species
with or by means of any automatic loading or hand-operated repeat-
ing shotgun capable of holding more than three shells, the magazine
of which has not been cut off or plugged with a one piece metal or
wooden filler incapable of removal through the loading end thereof
so as to reduce the capacity of said gun to not more than three shells
at any one time in the magazine and chamber combined, unless fed-
eral regulations provide otherwise. It shall be unlawful to have a
rifle in possession while hunting wild waterfowl. It shall be unlawful
to use more than ten live decoys on any one property at any one time.
No waterfowl, except crippled birds not otherwise retrievable, shall
be shot while resting on water or land. It shall be unlawful to use
