Wine Licenses", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted to read
as follows:

15 (f) (Harford County)In Harford County the Liquor Control
Board may issue a club license for the sale of beer and light wine for
consumption on the premises only to bona fide clubs as defined by
Section 2 (n) of this Article, which have held regular meetings at an
established headquarters for a period of one year prior to the applica-
tion for said license. The cost of said license shall be One Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) and said licensee shall be authorized to
sell for consumption on the premises brewed beverages with an alco-
holic content of no more than six per centum by volume and fermented
beverages containing no more than fourteen percentum by volume.

SEC. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT THIS ACT
IS HEREBY DECLARED TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE
AND NECESSARY FOR THE IMMEDIATE PRESERVATION
OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY, AND HAVING BEEN
PASSED BY A YEA AND NAY VOTE SUPPORTED BY THREE-
FIFTHS OF THE MEMBERS ELECTED TO EACH OF THE TWO
HOUSES OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, THE SAME SHALL
TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DAY OF ITS PASSAGE.

(House Bill 380)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 114 (b) of
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1954 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Restrictions Upon Licen-
sees", and to add a new Sub-section 114 (g) to said Article and sub-
title (1951 Edition and 1954 Supplement), said new sub-section to
follow immediately after Sub-section (f) thereof, relating generally
to the sale or furnishing of alcoholic beverages to minors in Harford
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 114 (b) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1954 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Re-
strictions Upon Licensees", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, and that a new Sub-section 114 (g) be
and it is hereby added to said Article and sub-title (1951 Edition and
1954 Supplement), said new sub-section to follow immediately after
Sub-section (f) thereof and all to read as follows:
