THEODORE R. McKELDIN, GOVERNOR                   665

Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub-title "Elkton",
said new section to be known as Section 200A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 200 thereof, authorizing the Board of County
Commissioners of Cecil County to regulate County parking lot in
Elkton.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Cecil County (1953 Edition), being Article 8 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub-
title "Elkton", said new section to be known as Section 200A and to
follow immediately after Section 200 thereof, and to read as follows:

200A. The Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County are
hereby authorized and empowered to promulgate and enforce rules
and regulations for the parking of vehicles in and upon the parking
lot owned by said County and situate adjacent to the Court House of
said County in the Town of Elkton, said regulations to have the force
of law and to be enforced by the Sheriff of Cecil County. Any viola-
tion of any such rule or regulation shall be a misdemeanor subject to
prosecution before the Trial Magistrate sitting in Elkton and punish-
able by a fine of

NOT LESS THAN FIVE DOLLARS
($5.00) NOR MORE THAN FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

(House Bill 665)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Cecil County (1953 Edition), being Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub-title "Schools",
said new section to be known as Section 382A, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 382 thereof, authorizing the Board of Educa-
tion of Cecil County to sell certain property to the Jacob Tome
Institute.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Cecil County (1953 Edition), being Article 8 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub-
title "Schools", said new section to be known as Section 382A, to
follow immediately after Section 382 thereof, and to read as follows:
