SEC. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT ANY PUB-
LIC SERVICE CORPORATION WHICH IS SUBJECT TO THE
REGULATORY POWER OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMIS-
SION SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
