32. The cost of administering the occupational

CLUDED IN THE BUDGET OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
AND INDUSTRY, TO BE PAID FROM GENERAL FUNDS, AND
THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE STATE SHALL BE REIM-
BURSED BY THE STATE INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT COMMIS-
SION, FROM FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE COMMISSION PUR-
SUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 16 OF ARTICLE
101 OF THIS CODE. Also, any safety work performed for the safety
program of the State Accident Fund shall be paid for by the State
Accident Fund.
33. The Commissioner of Labor and Industry is authorized and
empowered, in his discretion, to delegate to the City of Baltimore any
of the powers for safety inspection and safety programs which are
provided for in this sub-title as to municipal and state buildings,
offices, departments, agencies and commissions.
34 The Commissioner of Labor and Industry is authorized and
directed to provide for and carry out programs for the occupational
health and safety of the employees of the State Government or of any
agency, department, bureau or commission of the State Government,
in all general respects as provided in this sub-title for private indus-
trial and commercial enterprises.
35. Every employer who under the provisions of Article 101 of
this Code is required to submit a report of an accident or injury to
the State Industrial Accident Commission, and who may also be
submitting a report thereof to the State Accident Fund, shall send
a copy of each such report to the Commissioner of Labor and Indus-
try, for the use of the Division of Industrial Safety.
36. If any provision of this sub-title, or the application of such
provision to any person or circumstances, shall be held by a court of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remainder of this sub-title
and the application thereof to other persons or circumstances shall
not thereby be affected.
