fiscal year shall be carried forward to the credit of said fund for the
following fiscal year.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 2 of Chapter 677
of the Acts of 1949 be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act shall
affect the license of any person to practice veterinary medicine or his
right to continue such practice, except that he shall be required to pay
the annual registration fee as specified hereinabove in this Act.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1955.

ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1951 EDITION), TITLE
"RACING COMMISSION", TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY
AFTER SECTION 25 THEREOF, AUTHORIZING THE RAC-
ING COMMISSION TO PERMIT ANY LICENSEE UNDER
SAID ARTICLE 78B TO CONDUCT RACING ON EXTRA DAYS
IN LIEU OF DAYS LOST DURING THE PREVIOUS YEAR BY
REASON OF INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS.
