urer and shall be paid out by him only on warrants from the Board of
Education of Allegany County in accordance with the schedule
enumerated in Section 2 herein, for construction of new schools, and
additions, improvements and repairs to the existing schools in Alle-
gany County.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose of paying
the interest on said bonds and for redeeming said bonds as they
mature, the County Commissioners of Allegany County shall annually
levy such tax upon the assessable property of said county as may
be necessary to pay the annual interest on said bonds and to redeem
said bonds as they become due until all of said bonds shall have
matured and been redeemed. The taxes so levied shall be collected
in the same manner as other taxes are levied and collected in said
county.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 168
(House Bill 535)

AN ACT to repeal Section 33 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County (1948 Edition, being Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore County", sub-
title "Clerk of the Court", sub-heading "Plats", and to enact a
new Section 33 in lieu thereof, said new section to stand in the
place and stead of the section so repealed, requiring the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Baltimore County to record certain plats by
photostat machine or similar mechanical device, to be approved
by the Court, and authorizing the filing in substantial loose-leaf
books of certain plats showing property or rights-of-way to be
acquired or conveyed by either the State of Maryland to the use
of the State Roads Commission of Maryland or by the County
Commissioners of Baltimore County, and prescribing recording
fees which said Clerk shall be entitled to receive for the recording
of such plats.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 33 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore
County (1948 Edition, being Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Clerk of the
Court", sub-heading "Plats", be and it is hereby repealed and that
a new Section 33 be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, said new
section to stand in the place and stead of the section so repealed,
and to read as follows:
