of Wills, the Orphans' Court shall require the administrator or
executor to first file for record among the records of the Register of
Wills a certificate approved by the Orphans' Court and signed by the
Supervisors of Assessments or some other duly authorized official
charged with the responsibility of maintaining assessment records
of Baltimore City or of the county in which said real estate is located,
certifying that the property has been properly transferred on the
assessment records of Baltimore City or of that county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

(House Bill 289)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 6(f) of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1954 Supplement),
title "Justices of the Peace," sub-title "Civil Jurisdiction;" to add a
new section to said Article (1951 Edition), sub-title "Criminal
Jurisdiction," to be known as Section 22A and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 22 thereof; to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 91 of said Article, to be under the new sub-title
"Judge for Juvenile Causes in Montgomery County;" to add two
new sections to said Article, sub-title "Trial Magistrates System,"
to be known as Sections 92A and 92B and to follow immediately
after Section 92 thereof; to repeal Section 100, Sub-section (Mont-
gomery County.), of said Article and sub-title and to enact in lieu
thereof a new Section 100, Sub-section (Montgomery County.); to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 111 (a) of said
Article and sub-title; to add a new sub-section to said section,
Article and sub-title, to be known as Sub-section lll(e) and to fol-
low immediately after Sub-section lll(d) thereof; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 112 of said Article and sub-
title; to add a new section to said Article and sub-title, to be known
as Section 117 and to follow immediately after Section 116 thereof;
to repeal Chapter 6, title "Juvenile Court," of the Montgomery
County Code (1950 Edition as amended), being Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, and to enact in lieu thereof
twenty NINETEEN new sections and a new sub-title, to be known
as Sections 70A through 70T 70S, inclusive, of Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Courts", under
the new sub-title "Judge for Juvenile Causes of Montgomery
County", to follow immediately after Section 70 of Article 26,
changing the Trial Magistrates System for Montgomery County;
creating a People's Court and three full-time Judges and one
Substitute Judge; with one full-time Judge to be a Judge for Juve-
