and (h) of Sections 19, 20 and 21, respectively, Section 97, Sub-
section (c) of Section 192 152 and Section 19? 179 of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1954 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-titles "Beer, Wine and Liquor
Licenses", "Hours and Days for Sale", "County Dispensaries", and
"Enforcement", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, and that new Sub-sections (ee), (ff) and (ff) be and
they are hereby added to Sections 19, 20 and 21, respectively, new
Sub-section (bb) to Section 83, new Sub-section (ee) to Section 149
and new Sub-section (bb) to Section 190 of said Article, subtitles
"Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", "Hours and Days for Sale",
"Board of License Commissioners", and "Penalties", said new sub-
sections to follow immediately after Sub-sections (e), (f) and (f),
respectively, of Sections 19, 20 and 21, respectively, Sub-section (b)
of Section 83, Sub-section (e) of Section 149, and Sub-section (b)
of Section 190, respectively, of said Article, and all to read as follows:

19. (Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses, Class B (On Sale)—Hotels
and Restaurants.) (a) (General Provisions.) A Class B beer, wine
and liquor license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the County in which the place of business is located, or by the
Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas for Baltimore City, if the place
of business is located in said City, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at retail at
any hotel or restaurant at the place therein described, for consump-
tion on the premises or elsewhere, except in Kent County where
consumption shall be on the premises only.
The annual fee for such
a license shall be Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00),
except as hereinafter provided, and shall be payable to said Clerk,
before any such license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter
provided.

(ee) (Kent County.) In Kent County, the annual fee for such a
license shall be Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).

(1) (Applicability.) Such licenses shall only be issued in Balti-
more City, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, the towns of
North Beach and Chesapeake Beach in Calvert County and Cecil,
Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Talbot, Washington and Worces-
ter Counties.

20.

(ff). (Kent County.) In Kent County such a license may be issued
to a bona fide non-profit organization or club composed solely of
members, which organization or club operates solely for the use of
its own members and their guests when accompanied by such mem-
bers; provided such club or organization meets in a club house that
is used for no other purpose and that such club has one hundred
or more bona fide members paying such dues as were required in
the year immediately preceding the year for which such license is
issued; except that in the case of clubs composed exclusively of
members who served in the Armed forces of the United States,
which are affiliated with a National Organization, such a license may
be issued provided said club has fifty or more bona fide members
paying such dues as were required by its National Organization in
the year immediately preceding the year for which such license is
