Ordinance of Estimates of said City each year. Jurors in Frederick
County shall receive at least Eight Dollars per day for each and
every day they shall attend the Circuit Court of Frederick County
as jurors and a reasonable amount, in the discretion of the County
Commissioners, for each mile going to and returning from the
Court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 104
(Senate Bill 289)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 132
and 133 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title 'Dorchester County", sub-title "Circuit
Court", as the same were amended by Chapter 410 of the Acts
of 1935, to provide that there shall be two terms each year of
the Circuit Court for Dorchester County and authorizing the
court to require the presence of the jury whenever it is needed.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 132 and 133 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-
title "Circuit Court", as the same were amended by Chapter 410 of
the Acts of 1935, be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
132. There shall be [four] two terms of the Circuit Court for
Dorchester County in each year, commencing on the fourth Monday
in each of the months of [January,] April [, July] and October.
133. Juries shall be summoned to the April and October terms
[.] and the court, or a Judge thereof, may require the attendance
of the grand jury or the petit jury, or both, whenever the business
before the court warrants their attendance.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.
