of Race Road, in a southerly direction, 0.55 miles to a point where
the driveway leading to the home of D. T. Heinlman intersects the
County Road; thence cutting across country in a straight line, 1.53
miles to the center line intersection of Md. Rt. 176 and Rt. 713;
thence with the center line of Rt. 176, 0.55 miles in an easterly direc-
tion to where the center line of the old County Road leading from Har-
mons HARMANS to Dorsey intersects the same; thence with the cen-
ter line of the old County Road in an easterly direction, 0.4 miles to
the center line of the Pennsylvania Railroad; thence running across
country in a straight line in a southeasterly direction, 0.85 miles to
the intersection of Md. Rt. 170 at the driveway leading to the house
of H. E. Wagner; thence in a northeasterly direction and with the
north boundary of Wagner's farm (formerly John Smith) 0.7 miles
to the head of a small stream, a tributary of Saw Mill Branch; thence
down said stream, in a southeasterly direction, 0.85 miles to Saw
Mill Branch; thence with the center line of the Saw Mill Branch
in a northeasterly direction 1.1 miles to intersect the center line
of the Old Annapolis Stage Coach Road; thence with the center line of
the Old Annapolis Stage Road in a southerly direction for a distance of
approximately 1.5 miles to intersect the center line of U. S. Rt. 301
(Grain Highway); thence with the center line of Grain Highway
in a southerly direction 2.5 miles to the intersection of the center
line of said Grain Highway with the center line of an old abandoned
road which is the boundary line of the property owned by Harry
S. Pumphrey and Eva Pumphrey, his wife; said property being
described in a deed dated December 12, 1947, whereby the property
was conveyed by Joseph Brosh and Amelia Brosh, his wife, to Harry S.
Pumphrey and Eva Pumphrey, his wife, and recorded among the
Land Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber J. H. H. No. 447,
folio 371; thence with the center line of the abandoned county road
the following courses and distances: South 11° 10' West, 154 feet
more or less to a point; thence South 6° 5' West, 102.5 feet to inter-
sect the Due East 108.33 feet line in the aforementioned description
in the conveyance from Brosh to Pumphrey; thence continuing along
the center line of said abandoned county road South 01° 00/ East
89.3 feet; South 05° 15' East, 100.2 feet; South 13° 45' East, 69.5
feet; South 22° 15' East, 70.5 feet; South 31° 15' East, 112 feet
more or less to intersect the said center line of the Grain Highivay;
thence with the center line of said Crain Highway in a southerly
direction 2.20 miles to Dorr's Corner situated at the intersection of
the center line of Maryland Route No. 178 (Generals Highway)
and center line of U. S. 301; thence with the center line of the
Generals Highway in a southerly direction one mile to Severn Cross
Roads situated at the intersection of the county road leading from
Severn Cross Roads to Waterbury and the Generals Highway; thence
leaving the Generals Highway and with the center line of the road
leading from Severn Cross Roads to Waterbury in a southerly direc-
tion for a distance of approximately 0.9 miles to intersect the center
line of the county road leading from the Waterbury Road to St.
Stephen's Church Road; thence with the center line of the existing
county road leading from the Waterbury Road to the St. Stephen's
Church Road in a southwesterly and northwesterly and southivesterly
direction for a distance of approximately 1.7 miles to intersect the
center line of the St. Stephen's Church Road; thence following the
oenter line of the St. Stephen's Church Road in a northwesterly
