12265; thence with the westerly side of said subdivision and con-
tinuing on to Cowhide Branch Road north 38° 17' 25" east, 2169.79
feet at coordinate point number 12266; thence with the approximate
center line of Cowhide Branch Road north 31° 52' 30" west, 242.11
feet to coordinate point number 11115; thence continuing along said
road north 24° 47' 00" west 252.31 feet to concrete monument num-
ber 11118 located on the westerly side of said road; thence leaving
said road and running north 61
° 24' 00" east 236.41 feet to concrete
monument number 11119 located on the edge of the marsh at the
head of Weems Creek; thence following the center line of Weems
Creek easterly, for a distance of approximately 5800 feet to the center
of the draw of the state highway bridge crossing Weems Creek at
Revell Street; thence still with the center line of Weems Creek in
a general northeasterly direction approximately 3600 feet to the
Mouth of Weems Creek; thence still northeasterly and with the waters
of the Severn River approximately 1300 feet to a point distant north
31400 feet, east 24000 feet from the aforementioned origin of co-
ordinates; thence leaving said last mentioned point and with a center
line of Severn River and continuing on with the center line of Severn
Run in a northwesterly direction approximately 9.30 miles to in-
tersect the center line of the United States Route 301 (Crain High-
way); thence with the center line of Crain Highway in a south-
westerly direction 0.55 miles to intersect the center line of the Gen-
erals Highway; thence with the center line of the Generals Highway
