the intersection of the County road leading from Severn Cross Roads
to Waterbury and the Generals Highway; thence leaving the Generals
Highway and with the center line of the road leading from the Severn
Cross Road to Waterbury in a southerly direction for a distance of
approximately 0.9 miles to intersect the center line of a county road
leading from the Waterbury Road to St. Stephens Church Road;
thence with the center line of the existing County road leading from
the Waterbury Road to the St. Stephens Church Road in a south-
westerly, northwesterly and southwesterly direction for a distance of
approximately 1.7 miles to intersect the center line of the St. Stephens
Church Road; thence following the center line of the St. Stephens
Church Road in a northwesterly direction for a distance of approxi-
mately 0.8 miles to intersect the center line of U. S. Route 301 (Grain
Highway); thence with the center line of the Grain Highway in a
southwesterly direction for a distance of approximately 2.2 miles to
intersect the center line of Maryland Route No. 424; thence with
the center line of said Maryland Route No. 424 in a northwesterly
direction 0.4 miles to intersect the center line of the Little Patuxent
River; thence along the center line of the Little Patuxent River in a
southerly direction approximately 2.25 miles to the junction with the
Patuxent River and to intersect the Prince George's County line;
thence with the center line of the Patuxent River in a southeasterly
direction approximately 3.3 miles to where it intersects the center
line of Governors Bridge Road; thence leaving the river and running
easterly with the center line of the county road leading from Gover-
nors Bridge to Riva approximately 0.8 miles to its intersection with
the road through the Sands; thence continuing with the County road
to Riva easterly, approximately 2.1 miles to the center line of the in-
tersection with Maryland Route 424; thence still with the center line
of the county road leading to Riva in an easterly direction approxi-
mately 2.6 miles to the center line of the intersection with the county
road from Riva to Davidsonville; thence continuing with the center
line of the county road to Riva in an easterly direction approximately
1.4 miles to intersect a projection of the South 74° 25' West, 232
feet line being the southerly outline of the description contained in a
deed dated June 5, 1940 whereby the property was conveyed by
William G. Meredith to Christena Katsereles and recorded among
the Land Records of Anne Arundel County, Maryland in Liber J H. H.
219-71; thence with the projection of and continuing on with the
southerly outline of the Katsereles property reversedly and as now
corrected for magnetic variation South 83° 56' 50" east 233.60 feet
more or less to a point; thence North 43° 21' 30" east, 49.33 feet to
the tidewaters of South River; thence from said last mentioned point
and running in an easterly direction approximately 0.7 miles to the
center line of South River to a point opposite the northernmost point
of Edgewater Beach; thence continuing along the center line of South
River in a southeasterly direction approximately 6.3 miles to intersect
a line drawn from the easternmost tip of Thomas Point to the eastern-
most tip of Saunders Point being where the center line of the mouth
of South River enters the Chesapeake Bay; thence with a line in an
easterly direction at right angles to the boundary line between Anne
Arundel County and Queen Anne's County approximately 2.65 miles
to said county line; thence along said divisional line between Anne
Arundel County and Queen Anne's County in a northeasterly direction
