To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:
I, CLAUDE B. HELLMANN, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section 210 of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition) DO
HEREBY CERTIFY, That at an Election held in Glenarden, Prince
George's County, Maryland, on Monday, May 2, 1955, an Act known
as Chapter 165 of the Acts of 1955, was submitted to the voters of
Glenarden, Prince George's County, for their adoption or rejection
under the provisions of Chapter 165 of the Acts of 1955, said Act
being as follows:
"An Act regulating the maximum of debt which may be incur-
red by the Mayor and Common Council of Glenarden, a munic-
ipal corporation of Prince George's County".
and I DO CERTIFY, that at said election held in Glenarden, Prince
George's County, Maryland, 65 votes were cast in favor of the adop-
tion of Chapter 165 of the Acts of 1955 and 30 votes were cast
against the adoption of said Chapter 165; and a majority of the votes
being cast in favor of the adoption of Chapter 165 of the Acts of
1955, the said Act has been ratified by the voters of Glenarden,
Prince George's County, Maryland.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my
name and affixed my official seal at the City of
