155. An act relating to the punishment of persons under the
age of fifteen, and over twelve years, who may be convicted of
offences punishable in adults by confinement in the Penitentiary.
150. An act for the relief of the sureties on the bonds of Wil-
liam Lyles, of Thomas, former collector of the third collection
district of Prince George's county.

157. An act amendatory of an act passed January session eigh-
teen hundred and fifty-three, chapter two hundred and thirty-seven,

entitled an act to repeal the charter of the Washington and Rock-
ville Turnpike company, passed December session eighteen hun-

dred and seventeen, chapter ninety-seven.

158. An act to authorise the Trustees of Ebenezer Meeting
House, and Rezin T. Jenkins and Levi Z. Condon, to sell and
convey said house and the lot of land thereto belonging, and to
appropriate the proceeds of said sale to the erection of a new house

same neighborhood.
