141. An act to extend to Allegany county the provisions of an
act passed December session eighteen hundred and twenty-six,
chapter two hundred and sixty, entitled an act to declare certain
trespasses felony, and for other purposes.
142. An act to make valid a deed from Joseph E. Muse, Jr.,
surviving Trustee of Joseph E. Muse, Jr., and Nicholas L. Golds-
borough, to John L. Willis.
143. An act to establish a new election district in Frederick
county, out of parts of the eighth and eleventh election districts
in said county.
144. An act to provide for the erection of a court house and
other appropriate public buildings in Baltimore county.
145. A further additional supplement to the act passed Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, chapter one hun-
dred and ninety one, entitled an act to provide for the establish-
ment of district schools in Charles county.
146. An act to provide for the payment of indexing the Jour-
nals of the two Houses of the General Assembly from seventeen
hundred and seven, to eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, in-
clusive.
147. An act in addition to the act passed at the session of eigh-
teen hundred and fifty-two, chapter two hundred and thirty-one,
and to extend to associations the provisions of said act, for pur-
chase and improving, and sale, and leasing out of land in the city
of Baltimore.
148. An act to provide for the approval of constables bonds in
the city of Baltimore.
149. An act to provide for the appointment of a keeper of the
Records of the Court of Chancery.
150. An act amendatory of an act passed January session eigh-
teen hundred and fifty-three, chapter one hundred and ninety-four,
entitled an act to incorporate the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad
company.
151. An act authorising the Mayor, Aldermen and Common
Council of Frederick, to subscribe to the capital stock of the Me-
tropolitan Railroad company, or to guarantee the bonds of said
company, and to provide by taxation for the payment of the prin-
cipal and interest of said subscription or guarantee.
152. An act to repeal so much of the act of eighteen hundred
and fifty-three, chapter four hundred and forty-one, as restricts
the issue of bank notes, by the several banking corporations in this
State, to the amount of the capital actually paid in.
153. An act relating to attachments against non-residents of this
State, and against persons absconding.
154. An act to make valid a deed from Jeremiah A. Grimes,
and Elizabeth Grimes, to Nathaniel M. Marden, of Prince George's
county.
