county, in ascertain whether Elizabeth Earnshaw, a prisoner in
the jail of said county, is insane, and to discharge her from impris-
onment, if he shall think her of sane mind.

40. An act to authorise the changing of the course of Mattawo-
man Run, at and near the point at which the stage road from Port
Tobacco to Glymont crosses said Run, and to authorise the build-
ing of a bridge over said Run.

ceased, to a certain John L. Willis, of Dorchester county.

46. An act to amend and continue in force an act passed Janu-
ary session, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter three hundred
and sixteen, entitled an act to authorise the appointment of a com-
missioner to take testimony, to provide for the recording of copies
of wills and other papers of which the originals were lost by the
burning of the court house in Dorchester county, and to remedy
as far as practicable the evils likely to arise from the destruction of
the records of said county.

47. An act to fix the per diem of judges of the orphans' court
and county commissioners of Calvert county.
