AN ACT to authorise the commissioners of Anne
Arundel and Prince George's counties, and the com-
missioners appointed under the act of eighteen hun-
dred and filly-two, chapter three hundred and sixty-
two, to pay to Otho Maccabee, the sum of eight hun-
dred dollars and interest, for building the Governor's
bridge, without requiring bond to he given, as is pro-
vided for by the fourth section of the said act.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of Anne
Arundel county and Prince George's county respective-
ly, and the commissioners appointed tinder the afore-
said act of eighteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter
three hundred and sixty-two, to rebuild the Governor's
bridge, are hereby authorised to pay to Otho Maccabee,
the sum of eight hundred dollars, the price agreed upon
for building said bridge, with interest from its comple-
tion, without requiring the bond to be given as was pro-
vided for by the fourth section of the said act.

Repealed.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of the
fourth section of the act of eighteen hundred and fifty-
two, chapter three hundred and sixty-two, as requires a
bond to be received by the commissioners for building
said bridge, be, and the same is hereby repealed,
