the publication of the receipts and expenditures of the
county commissioners for Somerset county, be, and the
same is hereby so modified, as to require a publication
of the several and particular items of receipts and ex-
penditures annually, in regular and alphabetical order,
once in each of three consecutive weeks, in some news-
|
|
|
|
|
paper printed in said county; Provided, there be one
there printed, and that said publication shall include the
year eighteen hundred and fifty-three, as well as the
years following.
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That all sales of lands
or negroes, or personal property, that shall amount to
four hundred dollars or over, made by order of the or-
phan's court of Somerset county; be, and the same are
hereby required to be published in some newspaper
printed as aforesaid.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the act of eighteen
hundred and forty-two, chapter one hundred and twenty-
three, and the act of eighteen hundred and forty-three,
chapter three hundred and eight, regulating the price of
printing public advertisements in Somerset county, be,
and the same is hereby repealed.
|

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from end after the date of its passage.

tion district of Charles county, and create a new school
district therein.
