other part, and not yet recorded, be, and the same when
recorded is hereby confirmed and made valid and ef-
fectual in law to all intents, constructions and purposes
whatsoever, as if the certificate of the acknowledgment
thereof and the identity of the grantors therein, and the
other informalities of said deed had been in due form

of law; Provided, that the said James Turner, shall
pay to the clerk of said court ten dollars in addition to
the stamp duty which should have been paid on the
said deed from the said William Arnold and Emma his
wife to the said James Turner, at the time the same
was recorded, and the said clerk is hereby authorised to
enter the said payment upon the record wherein the
said deed is recorded; and provided also, that nothing
in this act contained shall be so construed to affect the
rights of bona fide purchasers of said lands mentioned
in said deeds without notice.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the day of its passage.

AN ACT to fix the time of holding the Circuit Court
for Charles county.
|
|
|
Terms.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the terms of the circuit court for
Charles county, shall commence on the first Monday
in May, and the first Monday in December.
|
|
|

tuted.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the term com-
mencing in December, by virtue of this act, shall stand
as, and be considered as substituted for the July term,
in reference to all cases now on the docket of said
court, and the term commencing in May, as the Fe-
bruary term, in reference to all such cases.

Return of pro-
cess.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any process which
may have heretofore issued, or shall hereafter issue, re-
turnable to July 'term next, shall be considered returna-
ble to December term next.

|
Repealed.
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That so much of the
act passed twenty-third of May, eighteen hundred and
fifty-three, entitled, an act to regulate the holding of
