LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 118.

Little Black Water road, and thence continuing in a
straight line to the Little Black Water river, thence
down and with Little Black Water river to Big Black
Water river, thence with said Big Black Water river to
the road leading to the Baptist Meeting House, thence
with said road to the county road leading to Taylor's Is-
land, thence with said county road to the head of Broad
Cove, thence with said cove to the river, thence follow-
ing the Fishing Creek branch until it comes opposite
Hurley's new road, or place of beginning.

Place of hold-
ing elections.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the place of hold
ing the elections for said district, shall be Church Creek
in said district.

Rights of in-
habitants.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants of
said district shall be in all respects entitled to all the
rights, liberties and privileges held, or to be held and
enjoyed by the other election districts in said county.

CHAPTER 118.

Passed March
84, 1852.

AN ACT amendatory of the Act passed at Decem-
ber session, eighteen hundred and twenty -nine,
chapter one hundred and forty , entitled, an Act to
Incorporate the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation
in the City of Baltimore.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the third section of the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at December
session, eighteen hundred and twenty-nine, entitled,
an act to incorporate the Baltimore Hebrew Congrega-
tion in the city of Baltimore, which conferred certain
powers on the trustees by that act constituted, but which
are otherwise provided for by the act, be, and the same
is hereby repealed.

Number of
electors.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the number of
electors, hereafter to be elected in accordance with the
provisions of the second section of said original act,
shall at, from and after the next election of electors, be
nine electors instead of five, as therein provided.

Meetings of
electors.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said electors,
when appointed, or a majority of them, shall and may
meet together, from time to time, as often as may be con-
sidered expedient, to transact and manage the temporal
