1852.

Circuit Courts in each year, in the several counties
composing the Second Judicial Circuit.

CHAP. 96.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the terms of the
Circuit Courts shall commence and be held in each
county, within the Second Judicial Circuit of this
State, at the following places and times, to wit: At the
City of Annapolis, in Anne Arundel county, on the
third Monday in April and on the fourth Monday in
October; at Prince Frederick, in Calvert County, on
the second Monday in May and second Monday in Oc-
tober; at Ellicott's Mills, in Howard county, on the
third Monday in March and third Monday in Septem-
ber; and at Rockville, in Montgomery county, on the
first Monday of March and second Monday in Novem-
ber.

Terms to
commence.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Judge in
the said Second Judicial Circuit, in his discretion, may
appoint intermediate terms, between the Circuit Court
terms, in the respective counties of said. Judicial Cir-
cuit, for the transaction of equity business, to which
said terms process shall be returnable, us well as to the
Stated terms of the Circuit Court.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from and after the time of the passage thereof.

CHAPTER 96.

In force.

AN ACT to authorise the Commissioners of the Tax

of Prince George's County to sell the Tobacco In-
spection Warehouse, in the Village of Bladensburg,
in said County.

8, 1852.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the commissioners of the tax of
Prince George's county, be and they are hereby au-
thorised and empowered to sell, either at public or pri-
vate sale, as to them may seem most conducive to the
public interest, the Tobacco Inspection Warehouse,
and the lot upon which it stands, in the village of Bla-
densburg, in said county, and to apply the proceeds
thereof to the use of said county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall be in
force from and after the passage thereof.
