AN ACT to Repeal the Charter of the Astor Coal
Mining company, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter one hun-
dred and sixty-nine.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter one hundred
and sixty-nine, entitled, an act to incorporate the Astor
Coal Mining company, be, and the same is hereby
repealed.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect and be in force from and after the first day of
October, eighteen hundred and fifty-two.

CHAPTER 84.

AN ACT to Repeal the Charter of the Buena Vista,
Coal company, of Allegany county, created by an
Act passed at December session, eighteen hundred
and forty-seven, chapter two hundred and ninety-
six.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the act passed at December
session, eighteen hundred and forty-seven, chapter two
hundred and ninety-six, entitled, an act to incorporate
the Buena Vista Coal company of Allegany county,
be, and the same is hereby repealed.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect and be in force from and after the first day of
October, eighteen hundred and fifty-two.
