114. An act for the relief of James Thompson, of Dorchester
county, security of John Baker, free negro of said county.

115. An act to authorise and empower the commissioners of
Washington county to levy a sum of money to build a bridge over
Little Antietum creek, on the old road leading from Sharpsburg to
Middletown, and near the house of Josiah and Elias Snively.

116. An act to change the time of holding elections for certain

officers for the almshouse in Talbot county, and to repeal so much

of the act passed 1785, chapter 15, section 10, as fixes the time of
holding said elections between the 1st and 10th day of November
yearly.

117. An act to lay out and establish a new election district in
Dorchester county, out of parts of the fourth and seventh election
districts in said county, to be called Church creek district, or dis-
trict number nine.

118. An act amendatory of the act passed at December session
1829, chapter 140, entitled, an act to incorporate the Baltimore
Hebrew Congregation in the city of Baltimore.

obstructions to fishing in said river, passed at December session,
1843.

district in Washington county, and the polls to be held at Sandy
Hook, passed March 24, 1852.

Cecil county court, an overpayment made by him into the trea-
