CHAPTER 350.

AN ACT to pay Augustus W. Bradford, late Clerk

of Baltimore County Court, his Fees in certain
State Cases.

Authority to
pay.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the Treasurer is authorised and
directed to pay, upon the warrant of the Comptroller,
to Augustus W. Bradford, late clerk of Baltimore county
court, the sum of ninety dollars and sixty-four cents,
being the amount of his fees which accrued in certain
State cases.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Manner of
distribution.

AN ACT entitled, an Act to provide for the Distri-
bution of the Reports of Cases, argued and deter-
mined in the Court of Appeals of this State.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Maryland report, or reports, argued and
determined in the Court of Appeals of this State, be,
and the same are hereby distributed in the following
manner, and the State Librarian is hereby authorized
to deliver to the persons entitled to receive the same,
the number of copies allotted to their respective offices,
that is to say: to the Court of Appeals, two copies for
the office, and one for each of the judges thereof; to the
Chancellor, dining the existence of the Court of Chan-
cery, one copy; to each judge of the Circuit Court,
to the judge of the Superior Court of Baltimore city,
to the judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Balti-
more city, to the judge of the Criminal Court of Bal-
timore city, one copy each; to the clerks of the Cir-
cuit Courts for each county in the State, the clerk of
the Superior Court of Baltimore city, the clerk of the
Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore city, and the
clerk of the Criminal Court of Baltimore city, one
copy each; to each register of wills throughout the
Slate, for the use of the register of wills and Orphans'
Court, one copy; to the Commissioner of the Land
