SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the judge in the
said seventh Judicial Circuit, in his discretion, may ap-
point intermediate terms between the Circuit Court
terms, in the respective counties of said Judicial Cir-
cuit, for the transaction of equity business, to which
said terms process shall be returnable as well as to the
stated terms of the Circuit Court.

take effect from and after the time of the passage

AN ACT to authorise the Treasurer to revise the
accounts of Levin Handy, former Clerk of Somer-
set County Court.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer be, and he is here-
by authorised to revise the accounts of Levin Handy,
former clerk or Somerset County Court, and if it shall
appear that the said Levin Handy has been improper-
ly charged with interest, or has been deprived of com-
missions when the same should have been allowed,
then the said Treasurer shall make the necessary cor-
rections so as to make the said accounts conform to
the equity and right of the case.
