by Annamessex river from its mouth to Kingston
bridge, from thence by and with the county road to
Back Creek Bridge, from thence by and with Back
creek to Monokin river, and from thence by and with
Monokin river to its mouth, shall constitute a separate
and additional district for holding elections in Somerset
county, to be called District number eleven, or Potatoe
Neck District.

CHAP. 26.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the place for hold-
ing the elections for said district be at Fairmount in
said district.

AN ACT to change the name of Charles Carroll
Tucker, of the city of Baltimore, to Charles
Tucker Carroll.

5, 1852.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the name of Charles Carroll
Tucker, of the city of Baltimore, be, and the same is
hereby changed to Charles Tucker Carroll, and that it
shall be lawful for the said Charles Tucker Carroll,
at all times hereafter, to be called and known by, and
hold and use the name of Charles Tucker Carroll,
and by that name to have the right to purchase, sell,
convey, devise or receive properly hereafter devised, to
sue and be sued in any court of law or equity.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall lake
effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 26.

In force.

AN ACT to authorise the Burgess and Commission-
ers of Emmittsburg , in Frederick county, to appro-
priate a part of their public grounds to the use of
the Trustees of Primary School District, number
forty-one, of Frederick county.
