LAWS OF MARYLAND.

1811.

penalty of ten thousand dollars, conditioned for the
faithful performance of the trust in them reposed by
this act of assembly; which bond shall, after having
been approved by the justices of the Orphans' court of
Baltimore county, be recorded among the land records
of said county; and upon such bond or any office copy
thereof, suit or suits may be instituted against the
obligors therein, or any of them, for any breach or
non-compliance with the conditions thereof, by any
person interested therein.

Trustees shall
return a true
account on
oath.

3. AND BE IT ENACTED, That the said trus-
tees, or the survivor of them shall, as soon as conve-
niently may be after the said sale, return a true and
just account thereof, on oath, to the Orphans' court of
Baltimore county, there to be recorded.

Distribution of
the proceeds of
said sale.

4. AND BE IT ENACTED, That the money
arising from the said sale, after deducting the expens-
es incurred thereby, shall be distributed and applied
by the said trustees in the following manner, to wit:
one ninth part thereof shall be paid over to the said
Margaret Larsh, the widow of the said Abraham
Larsh, in bar and full satisfaction of her dower in said
lands; and the residue thereof, after satisfying and
paying all just debts, due and owing from the said
Abraham Larsh, shall be equally divided between the
said Abraham Larsh, junior, Susan Dickson, Rebec-
ca Larsh, Mary Larsh, Charles Larsh, Louisa Larsh,
Silas Larsh and William Fidler; the shares of those
who are of lawful age, to be paid to them, except
Susan Dickson's proportion or share, which shall
be invested in the stock of some of the banks in
the city of Baltimore, by the said Margaret Larsh and
Abraham Larsh, or the survivor of them, and the
stock and profits thereof to be applied by the said Mar-
garet Larsh and Abraham Larsh, or the survivor
of them, as directed by the last will and testament of
said Abraham Larsh, deceased; and the shares of the
minors shall be invested by the said trustees, or the
survivor of them, in stock in some of the banks in the
state of Maryland.

presentatives of

5. AND BE IT ENACTED, That the surplus
proceeds of the said real estate, after the debts are
paid, shall revert and descend among the legal repre-
sentatives and heirs of the late Abraham Larsh in
case of their death, or death of either of them, in the
same mariner as the said real estate would have re-
verted and descended, provided this act of assembly
had not passed for the sale thereof.
