Seaburn.

No. 12.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore
be, and he is hereby directed to pay to John Seaborn,
or his order during life, in quarterly payments, a sum
equal to the half pay of a private in the late revolution-
ary war.

Thomas Rowse.

No. 13.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore
be, and he is hereby directed to pay annually in quar-
terly payments, unto Thomas Rowse, late a lieutenant
in the Maryland line of the revolutionary war, or to
his order, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a
lieutenant, as a further reward for those services ren-
dered his country during the American war.

Maxwell.

No. 14.

Resolved, That, the treasurer of the Western Shore
be and he is hereby directed and required to pay
to James Maxwell of Cecil county, late a merito-
rious soldier in the revolutionary war, or to his order,
in quarterly payments, a sum of money equal to the
half pay of a corporal, as a provision to him in his in-
digent situation, now advanced in life, and as a further
remuneration to him far those services by which his
country has been so essentially benefited.

Samuel Chase.

No, 15.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the Western Shore
pay to Samuel Chase, administrator of Samuel Chase,
late of Baltimore county, deceased, or order, the sum
of sis hundred and forty -three pounds, fifteen shil-
lings and a half penny, in full satisfaction for a judg-
ment obtained by the said Samuel Chase in his life
time, against the state of Maryland, with forty-seven
dollars, eighteen and one third cents costs; and also
the sum of sixty-four pounds, seven shillings and six
pence current money, additional damages assessed by
the court of appeals on the thirty-first day of Decem-
ber eighteen hundred and ten, with the sum of one
hundred and thirty-eight dollars and eighty-one cents
costs in said court, out of any unappropriated money
in the treasury.
