No. 91.

Passed
Mar. 9, 1850.

Resolution in favor of Iglehart & Company.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Treasurer of the State pay James Iglehart &
Company, or order, the sum of four dollars and six
cents, for articles furnished the State of Maryland, at
December session, eighteen hundred and forty-nine.

Resolution in relation to State Wharfinger.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the State Wharfinger, in the city of Baltimore, be
and he is hereby authorised to receive proposals for the
repairs of Dugan's wharf, in front of State tobacco ware-
houses numbers one and two, and contract with some
competent mechanic to make said repairs in a substan-
tial and workmanlike manner, and also the necessary
paving the street adjacent to the said warehouses, and
the Treasurer of the State, be and he is hereby required
to pay to the said wharfinger, or order, upon the pre-
sentation to said treasurer of the proper vouchers by said
wharfinger, such sum or sums, not exceeding in the
whole one thousand dollars, to be paid out of monies
received from State wharves.

Resolution for the repair of the Government House.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That the Governor be and he is hereby authorised to
have such repairs made to the Government House, out
buildings and enclosures, as be may think proper, and
draw on the Treasurer of the State for such money as
may he required for making said repairs, out of any un-
appropriated in the treasury; provided, the sum expend-
ed shall not exceed one thousand dollars.
