Resolution in favor of Printers.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That His Excellency the Governor be authorised to
settle with the Printers of this House, for such reports,
and so forth, as have been ordered to be printed by the
House, and not yet received, and that the printer be di-
rected to forward the same by mail, together with the
balance of the journal of proceedings, to the members of
the Legislature, the postage of the same to be paid by
the Treasurer of the State.

Resolution in relation to the Public Buildings.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the superintendent of the public buildings, be
and he is hereby authorised to procure and plant such
number of trees as may be required to fill up and
beautify the public grounds, and have such repairs
to the gates and gutters made as may be indispensa-
ble for their preservation; provided, the cost thereof
shall not exceed the sum of three hundred dollars,
and the Treasurer of the State is hereby authorised
to pay the same to the said superintendent upon the
presentation of the proper vouchers, out of any money
not otherwise appropriated in the treasury.

Resolution in favor of Extra Committee Clerks.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Treasurer of Maryland, pay to Thomas N.
Pindle, Philip C. Clayton, John E. Stalker, John Du-
vall and James Revell, the sum of twelve dollars
each, for their services as extra committee clerks to
the House of Delegates at the present session.
