Resolution directing the Treasurer of the State, to
redeem at maturity certain stock of the State.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Treasurer of the State be, and he is hereby
authorised and directed, out of any monies then in the
Treasury, to redeem at maturity the State stock issu-
ed in pursuance of the act of December session, eigh-
tween hundred and twenty-one, chapter one hundred
and fifty, and to cancel the same when so redeemed.

Resolution in favor of Normand Bruce.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the claim of the State, amounting to sixty-one dollars,
against Normand Bruce, former Sheriff of Allegany
county, be and the same is hereby released, sufficient
evidence having been produced of the payment of
said claim to Hanson B. Pigman, late Deputy Attorney
General for said county.

Resolution in favor of Joseph Brown, Henry Snyder,
and John Smith Hollins.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State be directed to pay to Joseph
Brown, Henry Snyder, and John Smith Hollins, one
hundred dollars each, for extra services in assessing
corporate stock of institutions doing business in the
city of Baltimore.
