by the act of eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, chap-
ter two hundred and fifty-nine, to serve one year.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That on the first Wed-
nesday in October, eighteen hundred and fifty-one,
the Levy Court of Calvert county, consisting of six
members, shall he elected as prescribed by the act of
eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, chapter two hun-
dred and fifty-nine.

Inconsistent
acts repealed

SEC 3. And be it enacted, That all acts, or parts
of acts, inconsistent with this act, is hereby repealed
and abolished.

CHAPTER 477.

An additional supplement to an act passed December
Session, eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter two
hundred and eighty-six.

Entitled to half
a share.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That in lien of one-fourth part of a
school share, which the trustees of Boonsborough
primary school are now entitled to receive from the
school fund of election district number one, the said
trustees shall be entitled to receive one-half of school's
share from the funds of the said election district num-
ber one.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from its passage.
