Queen Anne's County, from her husband Samuel J.
Wright.

Divorced.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Jane E. Wright, of Queen Anne's county,
be and she is hereby divorced from her husband
Samuel J. Wright, a vinculo matrimonii.

ter three hundred and eleven, entitled an act to de-
fine and enlarge the powers of Courts of Equity.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
That the provision of the twelfth section of the act
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at De-
cember session, eighteen hundred and thirty-one,
chapter three hundred and eleven, be deemed and
taken to apply to the interest or estate of any infant
or infants, be seized thereof, in common with an
adult or adults, or of a reversion or remainder there-
in, so as to authorise in the manner and for the pur-
poses contemplated in said section, a conveyance by
way of mortgage, of such estate or interest of any in-
fant or infants, whether in remainder or reversion or
otherwise, and of the interest of the tenant of the
particular estate, or of the holder of the prior remaind-
ers, where the assent of such tenant or holders shall
be given to such mortgage.
