opinion will best accommodate the people of said dis-
trict, the expense of any removal that may be made,
under the provisions of this act, to be paid by the district
in which said house may be located.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the levy court shall
not in the exercise of any power conferred upon them
by this act, create more than one additional primary
school district in any election district in Kent county.

A further supplement to the aft entitled, an act to
provide for the Public Instruction of Youth in Pri-
mary Schools throughout this State, passed at De-
cember session, eighteen hundred and twenty-five,
chapter one hundred and sixty-two, so far as the
same relates to Queen-Anne's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the commissioners of the school
fund for Queen Anne's county, be and they are hereby
authorised, empowered and directed, so soon after the
passage of this law as may be convenient, and annually
thereafter, to appoint three sensible and discreet men to
constitute a board of examiners, whose duty it shall be
to examine all persons who shall offer themselves as
candidates for teachers of primary schools of said coun-
ty, and in such examination it shall be the duty of the
examiners aforesaid to enquire, and so far as they shall
be enabled thereto, to ascertain and inform themselves
as to the qualifications mentioned and contained in the
certificate hereinafter specified, and if they shall be sa-
tisfied of the sufficiency of such qualifications, they
shall certify in writing, under their hands, and deliver,
such certificate to the person so examined by them as
aforesaid, inform or substance following, namely: we
the undersigned, board of examiners for Queen Anne's
county, certify that we have examined ———— and do
believe that he or she, as the case may be, is of good
moral character, and of sufficient learning and ability,
and in all other respects well qualified to teach the
usual branches of a good English education. Given
