An act for the relief of Jesse Walter, of Somerset
county.
|
|
|
May have ben-
efit.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Somerset county court, and any judge of the
Orphans court of said county, or any one having au-
thority to grant personal and final discharges to in-
solvent debtors, be and they are hereby authorised
and required to grant a personal and final discharge
to Jesse Walter, an insolvent debtor, of said county,
any law of this State to the contrary notwithstanding,

Proviso.
|
provided, the said Jesse Walter comply with all the
requisitions of the existing laws in relation to insol-
vent debtors, except that which requires the produc-
tion of the certificate of the clerk of Somerset county
court, that the said Jesse Walter has made no appli-
cation for the benefit of the insolvent laws of this
State, within two years next preceding the application
contemplated by this act.
