Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Rebecca Conway, of Baltimore city, he and she
is hereby divorced from her husband, Thomas P.
Conway, a vinculo matrimonii.

A supplement to the act of eighteen, hundred and twenty-
ty-seven, chapter one hundred and eleven.

Repealed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That so much of the act of eighteen hundred and
twenty-seven, chapter one hundred and eleven, as re-
quires the account therein mentioned, shall be sworn
to before a judge of the city court, be repealed, and
that the said affidavit shall be sufficient, if it is made
before one of the said judges, or before a justice of
the peace of the city of Baltimore.
