CHAP. 140.

the year eighteen hundred and fifty-one, and that this
act shall go into operation from and, immediately after
its passage.

CHAPTER 138.

Feb. 22, 1850.

An act entitled, an act to divorce Rebecca Conway, of
Baltimore City, from her husband, Thomas P.
Conway.

Divorced.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Rebecca Conway, of Baltimore city, he and she
is hereby divorced from her husband, Thomas P.
Conway, a vinculo matrimonii.

CHAPTER 139.

Passed
Feb. 26, 1850.

A supplement to the act of eighteen, hundred and twenty-
ty-seven, chapter one hundred and eleven.

Repealed.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That so much of the act of eighteen hundred and
twenty-seven, chapter one hundred and eleven, as re-
quires the account therein mentioned, shall be sworn
to before a judge of the city court, be repealed, and
that the said affidavit shall be sufficient, if it is made
before one of the said judges, or before a justice of
the peace of the city of Baltimore.

CHAPTER 140.

1850.

An act to allow Lemuel Dunbracco, former Collector
of State and County Taxes, in Queen Anne's
County , further time to complete his collections.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That Lemuel Dunbracco, former col-
