county, he and is hereby authorised to collect any
and all State and county taxes, or balances of taxes
due to him, and now remaining uncollected for the
several years in which he was collector of State and
county taxes in the said county, in the same manner
and with the same privileges and powers he could or
might have done within the time limited by law.

CHAP. 141.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Lemuel
Dunbracco, before he proceeds to collect, under and
by virtue of this act, shall make out and deliver to
the person or persons from whom any taxes, or ba-
lances of taxes, may be demanded, an account of taxes
or balances due from such person or persons, and
shall annex an affidavit that the same is due and un-
paid.

Make oath.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the authority here-
by given, shall continue until the first day of Decem-
ber, eighteen hundred and fifty-one.

CHAPTER 141.

Continue in
force.

An act to incorporate the Saint Michael's Division,,
Number ninety, Sons of Temperance, of Saint
Michael's, Talbot County, Maryland.

Feb. 14, 1850.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That W. Jones, R. Valliant, Edward
Willey, Aaron Dyott, Daniel Hope, junior, James Jef-
ferson, William P. Blades, James Valliant, John W.
Barwick, Richard C. Lane, John Q. A. Robson, Le-
onidas Dodson, and others, the officers and members
of the Saint Michael's Division, number ninety, of
the Sons of Temperance, of Saint Michael's, Talbot
county, Maryland, and their successors, be and they
are hereby incorporated, and made a body politic; and
corporate, by the name and number of the Saint
Michael's Division, number ninety, of the Sons of
Temperance, of Saint Michael's, Talbot county, Mary-
land, and by that name may sue and be sued, plead
and be impleaded, and have a common seal, and the
same, at their pleasure, alter and renew, and be en-
titled to use the powers and privileges incident to such
corporation.
