An act authorising the Levy Court of Frederick County,
to levy a sum of money, if in their judgment they deem
it advisable, to rebuild a Bridge over the river Monacacy
at Devilbiss' Ford.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the levy court of Frederick county, if
in their judgment they deem it advisable, are hereby au-
thorised to levy a sum of money, not exceeding three
thousand five hundred dollars, on the assessable pro-
perty in said county, for the purpose of rebuilding a
bridge across the Monocacy at Devilbiss' ford, Fred-
erick county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said judges of
the levy court, are hereby authorised to contract with
any person or persons to rebuild said bridge, and to take
bond with sufficient security from any person or persons
contracting as aforesaid, for the faithful performance of
their contract.

An act to alter the Boundaries of Bladensburg Election
District, in Prince George's County, so as to throw
portion of Bladensburg District into Spalding's
District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That from and after the passage of this
act, the boundary line between Bladensburg and Spald-
ing's election districts, shall be as follows: beginning
at a place called Jones' fork, which branches off from
the stage road leading from Washington city, District
Columbia, to Upper Marlboro', and from the said fork
with the public road leading to Thomas B. Crawford's
mill, and thence with a private road from said mill to
a gate on the Springfield estate, formerly owned by
Elisha Berry, standing near the public road leading to
the forest of Prince George's and from said gate to
the stage road leading from Washington city to Upper
Marlboro'.
