RESOLUTIONS.

Fort Brown, Vera Cruz, Cerro Gordo, and in the but-
tles before the city of Mexico, in the year eighteen hun-
dred and forty-seven.
Resolved, That the Governor be and he is hereby re-
quested to communicate a copy of these resolutions to
Lieutenant Elzey, in such manner as he may deem most
appropriate.

Resolution in favor of the Printers.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
His Excellency the Governor bo authorised to settle
with the printers of this House, for such reports, and so
forth, as were printed after the closing of the journal of
accounts; provided, the same is done within two
weeks.

Resolution in favor of William Fisher and John Mur-
phy.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State pay William Fisher, or his
order, three hundred and thirty-six dollars and six cents,
and John Murphy, or his order, forty-two dollars and
seventy-five cents, being the amount of stationery fur-
nished the Library.
