Court of Appeals shall certify under their hands and
seals, on or before the first day of February next, that
in their opinion the said digest is a faithful digest of the
decisions of said court, and deserves the patronage of
the State.

Resolution in favor of Jonathan Huddleson, of Allegany
county.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Superintendent of the National Road in Maryland,
pay to Jonathan Huddleson, of Allegany county, the
sum of forty-eight dollars and sixty-six and two-third
cents, with interest thereon from the time it was due.

Resolution in favor of Philip Pasterfield, of Talbot
county.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State, be and he is hereby author-
ised and directed to pay to Philip Pasterfield, of Talbot
county, the surviving brother and legal representative
of Sarah Auld, the widow of Daniel Auld, a soldier of
the revolutionary war, or to his order, the balance of
any pension due on the books of the treasury ,to Sarah
Auld, on the twenty-eighth day of June last, at the time
of her death.
