ASSENTED TO BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARY-
LAND, AT DECEMBER SESSION, A. D., 1847.

No. 1.
Resolution in favor of Benjamin L. Gantt.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of Maryland be directed to pay to Benja-
min L. Gantt, the sum of seventeen dollars, in consider-
ntion of his services and expenses in attending this
House at its present session.

Resolution in favor of William H. Marshall.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer pay to William 11. Marshall the sum of
thirty-six dollars, it being for his expenses and services
rendered at the present session of the House of Dele-
gates, as door-keeper.
