time of service of such commissioners shall be supplied
by the election of a like number of commissioners to
serve for three years from the time of their election
respectively, to be made by the voters qualified to vole
as aforesaid, at such time and place as the commission-
ers shall appoint, in said town.

Limits of the
town defined.
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of
this act the limits of the said town shall be as follows:
beginning at the Mills called Bayly's Mills, belonging to
C. and H. Humphreys, thence with the pond up to a
branch called Middle Neck Branch, thence up said
branch to a bridge called Middle Neck Bridge, it being
a bridge on the road that divides 'Somerset and Wor-
cester counties, thence down the said road to the south-
west corner of Mrs. Sally Huston's lands thence run-
ning with the lines of said Huston's lands to the south-
west corner of a lot of ground purchased of said Hus-
ton by the citizens of Salisbury for a burrying ground,
thence due south until it intersects the branch on which
the mills formerly called Winder's, now C. and H.
Humphreys, are erected, thence down by and with the
said branch to the centre of said mill dam, being on the
county road dividing said counties as aforesaid, thence
with said county road to the southeast corner of Shiles
C. Seabreeze's lot, thence with the southern line of said
lot to the southwest corner thereof, thence with a line
drawn to the southeast corner of Doctor William H.
Rider's lot, thence with the southern line of said
Rider's lot to the southwest corner, thereof, thence
with aline drawn to the Saw Mill owned by Jehu Par-
sons, Esquire, from thence with the branch forming his
mill pond to the northwest corner of a lot belonging
to George Maddux, Esquire, thence with the northern
line of said lot to the county road leading from the
State of Delaware, thence with said road until it inter-
sects a line drawn out from the place of beginning.
